University Meat was founded in 1960 by Joe Marcocci who has been in this business for over 40 years. Joe Marcocci started his work as an apprentice butcher in the early 1950’s.
University Meat is a wholesale supplier of top-of-the-range beef, lamb, pork, game and poultry. We also craft our own range of smallgoods and value added products.
