Stockman's Valley

Stockman's Valley Grain Fed Beef:

  • Grown from the Yarra Valley to the snowfields near Macedon.
  • The snow run off keeps the pastures very lush ensuring this Angus- cross breed of beef has a very robust, juicy and distinct flavour.

Stockman's Valley Grass Fed Beef:

  • Raised in the Gippsland on the ocean side of the Alpine National Park.
  • The sea breeze and vast expanses allow the cattle to roam freely and graze on the ocean tainted green pastures
  • The beef is then finished on grain for at least 100 days.
  • This yearling product is guaranteed very tender with a light and clean flavour.

    High Country

    High Country Grass Fed Beef:

    • Raised in Victoria's High Country from Milawa all the way to Albury and the Tallangatta Valley
    • The snow run off coupled with the sunny conditions ensures that the pastures are always very lush, giving the beef a very consistent, light and tender flavour.




    High Country Lamb

    • Grown in Swan Hill region, which is situated in the iconic and world-renowned Murray Valley River region.
    • The lambs forage naturally and freely across pristine pasture lands to ensure lamb are of impeccable and consistent flavour, as well as providing a high yield product.
